lucid dream

had my first lucid dream today morning. the regular reality checking does seem to work. incredible.

9:30am:

woke up was walking around
looked at a sign. looked away. looked back suddeenly with a chilll down my spine Irealized that all of the lettrs had changed -- this was a dream! fly! i said, and I swooped up in to the air, and rose down, and ID tried flying around and aroun. until I was too tired and went back to sleep.
